But, oh man, the room lights going off when you're chillin'? Not cool! And the fridge was a no-show, which isn't fun in Botswana's heat.

The hotel parking was on point and very good accessibility.

My experience at Hilton Garden Inn Gaborone was frustrating to say the least. The service was shockingly slow. it took nearly an hour for my dinner to arrive, while other guests who ordered later were served first. Additionally, when I returned to my room, it hadn’t been cleaned, and I had to ask about the lack of hand soap, which they surprisingly don’t provide. Quite disappointed with the overall standard of service.

The pool area is really nice! 🏊‍♂️ But Wi-Fi in the rooms was poor & the breakfast lacked variety. Overall, a calm atmosphere but pretty basic service.

The hotel has large, clean rooms and excellent staff service. Unfortunately, the swimming pool area was closed for maintenance during my stay.

The staff here are incredibly friendly, always ready to help! The breakfast spread is simply amazing, offering something for every palate. The cleanliness is impeccable and the location is perfect.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The parking was excellent, with great accessibility to the hotel lobby. The restaurant offered delicious food, and the security measures made us feel very safe during our stay. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the airport, facilitated by easy access to the Western Bypass, allowed for extended business days.

Excellent accommodations with friendly and attentive staff, especially during breakfast where fresh French bread was a highlight. The gym lacked variety, only offering a few dumbbells, but the frequent availability of taxis made getting around easy. Despite the limited workout options, the hotel's central CBD location is ideal for exploring the area. If you're looking for some comfort after a busy schedule, this place delivers.

Recommend it for solo travelers, but not without flaws

So, the food was pretty good, especially the lamb chops, and I must say, the caramel cheesecake hit the spot! Pako, the staff member, was a lifesaver when the training room setup went awry. He actually cared unlike the others.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but acceptable for what you get.

Can just recommend for a short staycation

Comfortable king room, attentive staff, with excellent breakfast featuring fresh options and a convenient location near the airport for quick transfers.

Entirely satisfied.
